In the personalisation process we use:

  • Surface Cleaning and Coating

    Before Printing

    Before we can print on a surface we need to coat it, so the ink will stay for a long time. We use the best quality varnish to ensure best quality of print for personalised items is achieved.

  • Inks, Embroidering and Engraving

    Personalisation

    During the processes of printing, embroidering and engraving we follow the quality of print with digital measuring tools. For the printing process we use Toyo Inks for quality printing and long durability.

  • Polishing, Sealing and Packing

    After Printing

    After the products are personalise, we apply polish and if necessary a printing sealer so we can seal the printed surface. We put a sheet of carton in between items during packing so no items are scratched or damaged.
